Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how you can request a refund or cancel a service from YugaMatix Technologies (operated by YugamDynamics). It applies to all paid services purchased through yugamatix.com/pricing or directly invoiced.

Non-Refundable Items
- Custom designs, code, content, or reports that have already been delivered.
- Third-party costs we paid on your behalf (domains, paid plugins, ad spend, hosting, premium themes).
- Discounted or promotional purchases, unless the refund is required by law.
- Setup or onboarding fees for monthly subscriptions, once setup has been completed.
- Payment-gateway processing fees deducted by the payment processor.
Timelines
How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@yugamatix.com with the subject "Refund request — [invoice #]".
- Include your invoice or payment reference, the service in question, and a brief reason for the refund.
- We respond within 2 business days with a decision and, if approved, a confirmed timeline.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, etc.) used at purchase.
Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, please reply to the same email thread and we will work with you to find a fair resolution. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India, where YugamDynamics is registered.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
