Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy explains when and how you can request a refund or cancel a service from YugaMatix Technologies (operated by YugamDynamics). It applies to all paid services purchased through yugamatix.com/pricing or directly invoiced.

We aim to be fair, transparent, and quick. If anything below is unclear, email hello@yugamatix.com and we will help.

One-Time Project Refunds

Before project kickoff: Full refund, minus any payment-gateway processing fees (typically 2–3%).
After kickoff, up to 25% complete: 50% refund of the unused portion of the project fee.
After 25% complete: Pro-rata refund for unused work only. Completed deliverables are not refundable.
After final delivery: Refunds are considered only when a deliverable does not match the agreed scope. We will fix the defect at no extra charge before a refund is processed.

Subscription Cancellations

Cancel any time by emailing hello@yugamatix.com with the subject "Cancel subscription — [your invoice or account email]".
Effective date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access until then.
No partial-month refunds. Monthly subscriptions are not prorated for partial periods.
Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds for full unused months are available within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the current term.
Plans with a minimum commitment (e.g., SEO Pro's 3-month minimum) must complete the commitment period before cancellation takes effect.

Consultations & Audits

Rescheduled or cancelled 24+ hours before: Full refund or free reschedule.
Cancelled less than 24 hours before, or no-show: No refund. We hold the slot for you and cannot resell it on short notice.
Audit reports already delivered: Non-refundable once the report has been emailed to you.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom designs, code, content, or reports that have already been delivered.
  • Third-party costs we paid on your behalf (domains, paid plugins, ad spend, hosting, premium themes).
  • Discounted or promotional purchases, unless the refund is required by law.
  • Setup or onboarding fees for monthly subscriptions, once setup has been completed.
  • Payment-gateway processing fees deducted by the payment processor.

of the relevant payment or delivery date.

5–10 business days
back to the original payment method after approval.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@yugamatix.com with the subject "Refund request — [invoice #]".
  2. Include your invoice or payment reference, the service in question, and a brief reason for the refund.
  3. We respond within 2 business days with a decision and, if approved, a confirmed timeline.
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, etc.) used at purchase.

Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, please reply to the same email thread and we will work with you to find a fair resolution. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India, where YugamDynamics is registered.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
